• The 5-agent analytical framework provides perspectives and observations, not predictions. Agent outputs, consensus scores, and conviction levels are informational only and should not be interpreted as probabilities of success
• Reference prices, stop levels, and target levels shown in Observations are analytical estimates, not trade instructions or executable orders
• You are solely responsible for verifying any information before acting on it, and solely responsible for any trading decisions you make

4. Data Limitations

Market data displayed in APEX may be delayed (typically 15 minutes on free tier accounts). Real-time data (on paid tiers) is sourced from IEX or consolidated feeds but may still contain errors, gaps, or delays. APEX is not liable for losses resulting from data inaccuracies.

5. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Profitability

APEX makes no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of any data or analysis
• The uptime or availability of the platform
• The profitability of any trading strategy
• The fitness of any content for any particular purpose

6. Options, Leverage, and Derivative Risk

Options trading carries high levels of risk and is not suitable for all investors. Certain complex options strategies carry additional risk.
